The Full Body Assessment is a 55 minute deep dive into how your body moves, functions, and performs. We evaluate:
Posture and alignment to identify imbalances or asymmetries
Joint mobility and stability in the hips, shoulders, and spine
Strength and balance testing to find where muscle support is most needed
Movement quality through functional tests that show how your body works in real life
You’ll also receive:
Clear feedback about what’s working well and what needs improvement
A personalized roadmap follow up email that explains our (detailed) findings and gives you an outline of where to start—whether that’s Pilates, strength training and matching you up with the (perfect) trainer
