Paul Wheeler

Paul founded Wheeler HealthyU with a vision of creating a place where fitness and wellness professionals work together to help people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. Inspired by his own lifelong journey with chronic pain and injuries, he believes everyone deserves the opportunity to move with confidence and continue doing the things they love.

With more than 15 years of experience, Paul combines evidence-based strength training, Pilates, manual therapy, pain science, and behavior change to help clients improve mobility, build strength, reduce pain, and enhance long-term function. His approach focuses on creating sustainable results through education, individualized programming, and a deep understanding of how the body moves and adapts.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from SUNY Brockport, graduating summa cum laude. He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Certified Pilates Teacher, Licensed Massage Therapist, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, Certified Master Myoskeletal Therapist, and serves as a Teaching Assistant with the Freedom From Pain Institute.

A lifelong learner, Paul continually pursues advanced education in movement, pain science, longevity, and behavior change. Whether working with someone recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply striving to stay active as they age, his goal is to help every client build the strength, confidence, and resilience to live life to its fullest.

Outside the studio, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, Jenny, and their two children, hiking, running, playing soccer, and continually growing as a clinician, coach, leader, and father.
