OWNER, PILATES TEACHER
Paul Wheeler
Paul is a certified Pilates Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Exercise Physiologist with over a decade of experience helping clients improve strength, mobility, and overall wellness. He began practicing Pilates in 2009 and became certified in Classical Pilates and Massage Therapy in 2010. Paul’s extensive training includes Orthopedic and Medical Massage, Myofascial Release, Cupping, and Kinesio Taping. He holds a BS in Exercise Physiology from The College at Brockport, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and additional certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Exercise Physiologist.
Paul’s approach blends science-based movement with hands-on therapy to support injury prevention, recovery, and lasting strength. When he’s not teaching or treating clients, Paul enjoys time with his wife and two children, strength training, hiking, and soccer.

Zach Briggs
Zach has been helping clients achieve their fitness goals for over three years, bringing energy, expertise, and a personalized approach to every session. Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or looking to reach new milestones, Zach’s guidance and dedication will help you succeed.
In addition to personal training, Zach coaches track and field at St. John Fisher College—where he also competed as a collegiate athlete and earned his BA in Biology. When he’s not training or coaching, you can find him outdoors staying active through water skiing, swimming, or hiking.

Stephen Wheeler
Stephen Wheeler is a certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Health Coach, and Qigong Practitioner with over 20 years of experience. He began his career in 2003 after earning a degree in Exercise Science and received his Pilates certification in 2004 from Sal Anthony’s Movement Salon in New York City. In 2008, he co-founded Gramercy Pilates Fitness in Manhattan before returning to his hometown of Rochester in 2014, where he launched MetaFitx in Fairport.
Passionate about holistic wellness, Stephen blends fitness, Pilates, and Qigong to help clients strengthen body, mind, and spirit.
STUDIO MANAGER, ESTHETICIAN
Sarah Stoos
Sarah began her career in the health and wellness industry in 2007 as a licensed esthetician, driven by a passion for skincare and helping others feel their best. She went on to manage several Pilates and fitness studios, deepening her knowledge of movement, wellness, and client care.
After years of personal Pilates practice and studio leadership, Sarah decided to pursue teaching, combining her love of fitness with her dedication to helping clients thrive. Now an apprentice Pilates instructor, she designs personalized sessions that build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Alongside her Pilates work, she continues to offer customized skincare treatments and manages operations at Wheeler HealthyU. Known for her versatility and warm, caring approach, Sarah ensures every client feels supported and valued in their wellness journey.
PILATES TEACHER
Julie McCormick
Julie began her Pilates journey nearly a decade ago while recovering from ankle surgery and quickly fell in love with the reformer. She trained under Michelle Pritchard at Evolution Pilates in Rochester, NY, earning her certification in 2017 and national certification in 2023. Known for her fun, challenging classes, Julie loves inspiring others to move and feel their best. Outside the studio, she enjoys exploring new Pilates studios, sailing on Lake Ontario, and spending time with her family and rescue pup.
